4 Steps to a flat tummy in 7 days (She did it! So can you!)

  3. Eat whole grains bread and pastas and lean chicken and fish. Reduce to none for fried stuff! No processed foods! Lower your salt intake and hence a healthier and alert self.
  4. Keep your cool always as stress is another highly exerting hunger stab on your poor tummy!
